License model
The vTNC7 programming system is offered as an online license and as an offline USB license. The rental period is 12 months and automatically renews unless cancelled. Software updates are included free of charge during the rental period. The annual rent, which is the sum of 12 monthly rents, is invoiced at the beginning of each rental period. The vTNC7 software can be downloaded at www.heidenhain.com/software and then installed on a local PC. To begin the license, TMCmanager is also needed. The trial version of the vTNC7 software is the full version with certain limits. These limits are removed when a valid license key is used.
