Only corporate customers can register on the HEIDENHAIN SHOP and user portal. Registration is currently possible only for customers in Germany and Austria.

How long will it take to process my registration application?

We will process your application as quickly as possible, generally within one to two workdays.

Why can't I see any prices? 

You will not be able to see prices until you have registered and logged onto the HEIDENHAIN SHOP and user portal.

You will not be able to see delivery periods until you have registered and logged onto the HEIDENHAIN SHOP and user portal. Delivery periods are shown above the price on the individual product page.  

What are the terms of delivery?

The terms of delivery are EXW Traunreut.

How can I cancel my order?
